The Gites open onto the mature garden of a Villa located on the quay of the harbour of l'Ayguade near Hyères.
The village distant of about 300m offers a selection of shops (baker, fruiterer, grocer, newsagent), cafes and restaurants.
The large beach is 200 m from the gites.

The flats all consist of :
*A living room facing south with
   -a kitchenette equipped with gas hob, electric    oven , kettle, microwave, fridge, washing machine.
   -a living/dining area with a convertible sofa, table, chairs, shelving and television.
* A double room with a double bed and cupboard.
